New online features!
- Rooming
- Our new and improved rooming request form makes it easier than ever for you to request upgrades and assign roommates for your group. You'll find this new form on your “My group” page. We’ve also made it easier for you by adding an editable version in addition to the PDF.
- Coverage
- For peace of mind in just a few clicks, enroll your travelers in EF's All-Inclusive Coverage plan. You'll find this new form on your “My group” page.
- Educational resources
- Search our collection of resources in our Educator Resource Center to find lesson plans and classroom activities to complement your tour. You can find them on our “Forms and resources” page.

Logging in
- How do I log in to my account?
- Click “Log in,” located on the top right-hand corner of all pages on SmithsonianStudentTravel.com. You will be taken to a log in page; simply enter your account number and password. To view your tour(s) and personal account information, choose the "Teachers" tab, then click on "My Tours." If you are still having trouble logging in, visit our “Login help” page.

Enrolling travelers
- How do I enroll travelers online?
- Group Leaders have two options to enroll travelers online. If you would like to enroll travelers yourself, log in to your personal account and select the appropriate tour from your list of active tours. Click on “Forms and resources” from the left-hand menu, where you will find a link to “enroll participants"(an online form). Alternatively, you may instruct your travelers to visit SmithsonianStudentTravel.com, where they may enter your tour number in the "Check out your group's tour" section of the Student homepage.

- How can I access my group status report?
- Upon logging into your account, find the tour whose group you would like to review, and click “View my group.” From the subsequent “My group” page, click “View detailed group status report.”

- Where do I find fundraising information?
- Visit our “Forms and resources” page and you will find our Fundraising Guide in PDF format. Each section is also listed as it’s own PDF, downloadable and printable at your convenience. Learn about a variety of fundraising ideas, ranging from easy to challenging projects that could raise significant funds for your group!
- Where do I find educational resources?
- Visit our “Forms and resources” page; click on Educational Resource Center, where you can view online educational resources from SST and the Smithsonian Institution.
- Where can I find information about earning credit?
- Visit our “Forms and resources” page to find information about EF’s high school credit program for students and professional development credit for educators.

- Where is my detailed itinerary?
- After logging into your account, select a tour from your list of active tours, which will lead you to the “Tour details” page. Then click on “Tour itinerary” in the left-hand navigation.
- How do I get to my personalized timeline?
- After logging into your account and selecting a tour from your list of active tours, click on “Countdown to travel” in the left navigation.
- How do I access my Group Status Report?
- Upon logging in to your account, find the tour whose group you would like to review, and click “View my group.” From the subsequent “My group” page, click “View detailed group status report.”
- How do I add or remove optionals from my tour?
- Parts of our site are still under construction. Please speak to your tour consultant about adding optionals to your tour.
- How do I find information about AutoPay?
- Visit SmithsonianStudentTravel.com/AutoPay to learn how your travelers can make their tour more affordable.
- Where can I learn about EF’s All-Inclusive Coverage plan?
- Learn more in our “Parents & Students” section under “Learn About Our Tours.”
- How do I email my group?
- After logging into your account, find the desired tour in your list of active tours. Under the tour name, click “email my group.” The subsequent page will be the participant contact list (pop-up window), then click on “Send an email to my group” in the top right-hand corner.
- Where is information from the “Countdown to Travel” booklet?
- Access information from the “Countdown to Travel” booklet by logging into your group leader account, then select a tour from your list of active tours. This will lead to the “Tour details” page, then click on “Countdown to travel” in the left-hand navigation.
