Why is travel coverage important?
We strongly advise all participants to remain enrolled in our All-Inclusive Coverage Plan with Program Fee Protection. This plan provides comprehensive protection should something unexpected happen before or during your tour and supplements the Medical and Accident Insurance that is already included in your Program Fee.
Medical and Accident Coverage includes:
- Up to $35,000 of coverage for hospital bills, doctor's fees and medical transportation for illnesses and injury while on tour
- Direct payments made to the hospital in the event of hospitalization
- Travel and accommodation expenses for a family member to be with you while you are hospitalized in the event of a life-threatening illness
All-inclusive Coverage with Program Fee Protection includes:
- Tour cancellation and interruption coverage
- Baggage and property coverage
- 24-hour emergency assistance
- Travel and weather delay protection
- Cancel up to one day before departure. and receive a full refund in the form of a voucher for future travel
What happens if a student cancels after he/she enrolls?
We will provide a full refund less a $150 substitution fee for a student who cancels but finds another person to replace him or her for the same program, more than 75 days prior to departure. For all other situations, please refer to the booking conditions or talk to your tour consultant.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds for overpayments of $100 or more will be issued only upon written request and after a participant's check has been on the account for 21 days. All refund checks are mailed 4-6 weeks after the request has been processed. See the preceding question for cancellation refund policy.
