While other tour operators split this responsibility among a rotating team of staff members, we’ve found that having one dedicated tour director provides the most secure and most personalized service possible.
- Medical and accident coverage: Your program fee includes up to $35,000 of medical and accident coverage. We also offer an All-Inclusive Coverage Plan with Program Fee Protection, featuring coverage for tour cancellation and interruption, personal delay and baggage and property.
- Financial security for group leaders, schools and students: Your tour includes a $15 million liability policy that covers both you and your school. Plus, your travelers’ payments are also safe because of our status as an active member of the U.S. Tour Operators Association. This membership ensures that all payments are protected by a $1 million Travelers Assistance Program.
- 24-hour emergency service: In the event of an emergency while on tour, we provide 24-hour emergency service to support you, your tour director, your students and their families at home. We also provide 24-hour operational and logistical support from our U.S. headquarters and local offices.
